Informations: Pets: There is no problem in bringing your pet along (with pre-advice and its own basked or blanket). We take € 9,00 per day without food. We would ask you for your understanding, that your pet is not allowed in the dining room and the sauna.
What you need to know in addition...
Inquiries: we will not entertain specific room inquiries as guaranteed, but try to accomodate them as best as we can.
Arrival and departure: Your room is available from 4 pm, if rooms are earlier available an earlier arrival is certainly possible. We would ask you to leave your room until 10 am (certainly we can care for your luggage in case you would like to leave later)
Arrival after 6 pm: Please notify us, so that we can keep your room for you and the kitchen knows to keep something for a later dinner.
Arrival without car: Do you come by train or plane? We refund, at a minium weekly stay, half the transfer costs Bozen - Hotel Diana.
Deposit: Your booking is definite only after having received the agreed deposit. The deposit is Euro 150,00 per room, which we would ask you to send via money transfer to the following account:

Cancellation fee: cancellation does not sound nice. It is not nice neithr for you nor for us. We would ask for your understnading that we debit the follwing fees according to Italian law:
The deposit is not refunded at all.
Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival: 50% total sum booked
No show or delayed arrival/earlier departure: 70% of the agreed price
