1) The summer one with fun at the lake
To the Garda lake km 270
If the weather forecast for the mountains is not really nice, the Garda lake is the dream destiantion of the day. Via the Lavazé pass the tour passes through the pittoresque towns of Daian and Caran in the Cembra valley: dream road without traffic, but with unexpected narrow passages. The further one towards Trient via an impressing mountain road to the Monte Bondone, earlier known for the mountain races done there. A road with good pace and not a lot of traffic.
Passing Riva and along the shores of the Garda lake, where a stop at any of the narrow almost hidden bathing beaches promises fun in the cool water. Further north to the lake Molveno. Passing little romantic lakes, mature vineyards, dreamlike castles furthe tothe Val di Non and the Mendel pass. Over a piece of the wine road back to Bozen and the Eggen valley to the hotel.

2) The diversity king
Stilfser pass - Gavia km 315
King Ortler awaits you. The narrow Gavia is an experience for every fan of curves and nature.
On the loose it goes, well trained and fully motivated we start direction Bozen to get on the Mendel pass. With its partially in the chalk rock hammered street, it offers magnificient views on the Kalterer lake. Attention: keep on the right as locals use this former mountain race track still for personal tests. After the Mendel it goes a bit lengthy in direction Tonale pass, albeit large streets with good quality offer fun riding. After the Tonale we go on the narrow street towards the uniqe landscape of the Gavia and then via Bormia to the Stilfser pass. After 2757m pass height a mangnificient view awaits on the iced peak of the highest Tirolean mountain.
But now the work starts: breathtaking needle curves with almost invisible walls at the edges necessitate courage and no vertigo and a prayer to the good of brakes to not leave you alone.
Then down the Vinschgau and the Burggrafenamt via Meran and Bozen back to the sun terrace of the Diana to enjoy the well deserved drink.

3) The vertiginous one
Penser pass - Jaufen pass km 260
Two beautiful pass streets in the north of the area. With only a few kilometres experience a high level of diversity, one of my prefered ones.
After we have had nice experiences in the south and west, we will now turn to the North. It starts with beautful long curves to the Ritten, rewarded now and then with gigantic views on Bozen. In the Sarn valley we go upwards to the Penser pass, passing in the mids of cows and sheep on the pastures.
Down to Sterzing with many interesting Curves, which necessitate quite a bit of concentration and driving skills. On the drive again up to the Jaufen pass, which is quite highly frequented, you differentiate the good and mediocre ones, as we do not want to perform a race, but a safe and well tuned ride we enjoy the view from the pass on the Passeier valley and the complete western mountains of South Tirol.
Back through the Passeier valley to Meran we face another interesting pass street passing over the Gampen. After Alpine pastures and bizarre rocks we now pass vineyards, fruit orchards and mediterranean palms. Sotuh Tirol is really one of the most divers countries. Finally awaits us the the wellknown Mendel pass for finishing the day off and heading back to the Diana sauna.

4) The most beautiful
Marmolada - Sella km...
Möchte man die fahrerisch und landschaftlich schönsten Straßen fahren, so liegt diese Tour sicherlich ganz vorne in der Rangordnung.
Our stnadrad and most prefered tour starts over the Karer pass and the Fedaiapass to the Marmolada with a must break at the Fedaia lake and the view to the queeen of the Dolomites. Further one to Passo Giao, which with ist 28 narrow curves makes tires almost glow and reahcing the top, it offers a wounderful panorama and a good Italian espresso. Via broader curves down you see the eastern Dolomites and you reahc the almost non natural stone gardens of Falzarego and the Valparola pass. After a relaxing lunch break in Corvara you quickly pass over the Grödnerjoch along the steep flanks of the Sella into the Grödner valley and on the high plateau at the Schlern. Passing Kastelruth, Seis and Völs, the well known towns on the plateau, we reach the nicely curved street into the valley of Tiers, which birngs us via the Niger pass back to the Karer pass. On the last remaining kilometres we make last break at the Karer lake, before we put ourself to rest on a deckchair on the sun terrace and let the sun gow down with a well cooled drink.

Timmels pass - Kühtai - Penser pass km...
The Timmels pass is a reknown one, less the passing of the Kühtai to Innsbruck, an almost even pleasure.
6) The culinary one
Gampen pass - Tschöggl km...
Unterland, Val di Non, Meran, Tschögglberg, a culinary trip passing through the agricultural areas of South Tirol and its neighbours.
7) The traditional one
Sella round km...
what is comparable with the passes surrounding the Sella massiv? Despite its almost overuse always worth a ride.
8) The Tour of Tours
Great Dolomite road km...
All go for it, this can lead to congestion, but with the right timing and some extra hints nevertheless a pleasure.
9) The most rewarding
Fedaia - Giau km...
The Marmolada is the only glacier of the Dolomites and is surrounded by marvelous pass streets with not even a lot of traffic.
10) The afternoon tour
Mendel pass km...
Breathtaking views and demanding mountain streets are the main ingredients for this tour, which lead also to the safety driving centre.
11) Get fear off your head
Fai della Paganella - Molveno km...
Everybody can do it on the Paganella pass road. Long stretched, broad and caclulable curves allow to go to the limit.
12) The narrow one
Manghen - Rolle km...
The narrow street to the Manghen pass requires quite a bit of skill to handle the oncoming traffic, in the end your experience level has risen for sure.
13) The emperor's rifleman tour
The less known south, the last high plane, before the large plane and valley of the river Po offers
trafficless streets via small passes and marvelous views.
